At CboysTV, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
